Community BBQ at Torino Reserve! - Save Torino Reserve

First of all, I want to thank each and every one of you that signed our petition to save Torino Reserve, it's amazing to see so much support and we are so thankful.

We are calling out for everyone and anyone to come and support us in our Community BBQ this Sunday! It's a chance to come together and have fun at our local reserve and also get more submissions written. We will have some laptops ready to go, but you're phone emailing app will be just as good!

We only have until the 3rd of September to get submissions in and that's the most important action that we can take at this time, later on, we are hoping that there will be a hearing where we can share our views.

We don't have any funding, and are running on locals support, so anything you can bring to help would be amazing;
- Sausages, bread, sauce, onions, napkins 
- Games for the kids and kids at heart to play

TRC and the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board are planning to pop in at 11am and are both really supportive of our voice being heard, they are both saying that they will listen to what we say at this event and through the submissions, so please come and share your thoughts!
