Community Action: Keep Building State Housing in West Auckland

📍Where: footpath behind 18 Totara Ave - next to the New Lynn Library carpark.

⏱️Time: 11am to 2pm (1pm to join the march to Paulo Garcia’s office)

To demonstrate our opposition to the sale of 18 Totara Ave in New Lynn, one of the Kāinga Ora public housing developments that is being sold off, we are running a community action. 

18 Totara Ave was meant to be 84 decent and stable homes for our community.

Come down and have some conversations about what's happening with state housing in West Auckland and what we can do together to support it! We will have a stall outside of the site with information and activities. 

At 1pm we will march to New Lynn MP Paulo Garcia’s office to deliver him a letter calling on his Government to keep building state housing in our community.
